    Amazon, my friend, is letting you down badly! I used your link for Kindle to get my copy before suggesting it to some of my mentees. There’s a nice synopsis but no link to buy either paperback or Kindle. In fact the ‘see other formats’ link doesn’t even show that it is available.

    There are 5 good reviews but they can’t help much if reader/speakers like me can’t conveniently buy a copy!

    Please let me know more?
