Michael’s mission is to help leaders, managers and sales professionals communicate with more confidence, impact, and influence. This passion is born from his own communication difficulties early in his career.
Fortunately, he discovered that public speaking is like riding a bike, swimming or driving a car - it’s a learnable skill. Once he discovered this ‘secret’ he became a voracious student of the craft. He took courses, studied some of the world’s best speakers and storytellers and continues to study presentation and business storytelling skills.
He is hired by companies and organizations, leaders, managers and sales professionals, and TEDx speakers to help them become more confident, impactful and influential communicators.

Great stuff Michael, find your mud puddle!
Thanks Brennan. After all these years, that message still resonates with me.
Great message, Thanks for sharing Mike
Michael, that is the cutest supplemental video you included – thanks for that! It made my week!
This one HIT home the most so far. I think it was sharing the rage with the Baseball bat. Once I went after someone with an old dried-up Louisville slugger. Blind Rage just as you described. Luckily just before hitting the now laying there begging to be hit Pysco wierdo that was peeping in my window I smacked the wall next to him. The bat turned into toothpicks and dust blowing away in the wind.
Michael, thanks for sharing your story. Those moments are embarrassing, but, we can use them as learning experiences. As a bonus, they make for ecellent stories.
